Peter Bradley (email@example.com) , who practises a wide range of corporate and commercial law, has spent his 25 year career advising a wide range of corporates from SMEs to large multi-nationals, both publicly listed and privately traded, both from London and in Asia where he was based for 12 of those years. Peter was formerly a partner with Stephenson Harwood where he ran the AIM listing team and latterly with a Hong Kong-based law firm. Comments in the press about Peter describe him as “someone who “impresses clients with his commercial approach to transactions”(Chambers entry 2012) and “a genuine deal maker” (Chambers entry 2010).
In addition to advising on a variety of client matters day to day Peter is also the general counsel to Chateau Fiduciaire S.A., a Geneva-based trust and fiduciary operation which operates offshore and onshore corporations and trusts for a number of family offices. Peter’s view, which reflects that of the firm, is that the best value proposition for SMEs is to use a law firm such as Causeway Law that is focussed on providing a service that is more akin to an in-house style of offering rather than the “full service” offering of the traditional City players which they provide at a commensurate cost. Causeway Law therefore focuses around the key areas of law relevant to SME businesses being corporate, intellectual property and employment/HR.
